Both BikeClicks/Team Louisville and the website, BikeClicks.com were represented at the Bike Summit that was held on Thursday, February 12, 2009, at the Salvation Army Male Campus (Old Male High School).
The all-day, grassroots event allowed attendees to hear plans for the future, and to learn from national bicycling experts.
The recently launched Safe Rides application garnered much interest from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, LMPD and other organizations. By using the laptop at the show, attendees were able to check out for themeselves Safe Rides on BikeClicks.com as well as other ways in which they may be able to utilize the site for their own cycling groups.
